Account Overdue even if Paid Monthly

Every month my wife pays the arranged amount for her MTN contract to you... even before the arranged date.

Yesterday she had recieved a message stating that she would be defaulted for no paying her account.. and that she need to make an urgent payment.

This is unacceptable... this is paid every month before the 25th with proof of payments being faxed through.

The Company also prefer to call you befor office hours or late at night... which is rediculous.
