Abusive and *********

VVM began threatening me 3 days before a Telkom bill was due. They demanded the amount owing plus their collection fees. I paid Telkom on the due date but they are still calling and threatening me with a blacklisting a month later. The caller shouts and threatens. Its awful. Such ********* conduct and so abusive but I'm forced to reason with them in case I get blacklisted. Such an ********* business. I tried phoning today and they keep putting the phone down.
