Abuse by Xolani

<p>On thurdays the 9th of June i have received a call from a lady by name of Mapula from the above mentioned company regarding my vodacom account,Mapule and I agreed professionaly in terms of payment arrengement,which was to pay R250.00 on the 15/06/16,to my suprise,i was waked by insults from Xolani on morning of the 15/05/16,when i asked him where did he expect me to make payment cause banks are not yet open he started to insult me calling me stupid who doesnt listen.I made a follow up call to complian and i spoke to Petros who just said i will investigate and call you not sure he was just trying to make matter forward or not.</p>
