3weeks after payment and ITC not updated

I'm not happy with with how VVM is handling my account. I made payment on my account that was handed over to them on the 23rd of July 2024 but 3 weeks later the account still reflects as unpaid on my ITC.

When I call to make a follow I'm told it reflected on their system on the 12th of August.
