Zero Value at Value Co

I bought a travel luggage bag and before I used it, it was damaged. I returned it and requested a refund but the manager told me he won't give me a refund. He fixed it and insisted I take it back. I told him I have a right to a refund but he got so rude and I couldn't stand it. That store manager is a BULLY. I complained to their head office but got no response.
