Worst service ever . Will never support this shop ever again

So my husband and my kids was in one of your stores today Value.co in Parow Centre mall.

My son vomited in the store which wasn't on purpose but just one of those you can't keep them in moments. Bare in mind he is 5years old . My husband then informs your staff in store and they fetch a bucket and mop and tells him to mop it up . He then calls me while being in another store .

When I approached the store I asked are we to mop up the vomit ourselves or is there perhaps cleaners to do so . Anyhow long stories I mop it up while my son stands filled with dirt cz I must first clean their store all infront of customers then I ask to see a manager and got so much attitude and rude manners .

I need a call back from. The owner of value .Co in Parow centre please . The behavior of his staff is rude and disrespectful and I will put this on all platforms No apologies not even a call back from manager nothing . Disgraceful
