Value.Co bad service

We got a 7 piece candle holder at the shelf priced R149.99 and when we got to the till it says R399.00..we tell them but thts not the price on the shelf so they come up with stories that they have been moving things around and haven’t changed the prices but whose fault is it, what happened to proper customer service and the price you see is the price you pay..trash shop with bad service and attitude of their management…Value.Co must get their shop in order and acknowledge their mistakes and do what’s right instead of giving us attitude and explaining something thts not there.im sure if it was the other race they would have quickly resolved by selling it with the price we saw.🚩🚩🚩🚩
