Value Co. The worst place to shop and most rude staff ever!!!!

I went to the glen branch and purchased three small of road cars for my kids. Got home and 1 wheel was broken. Went back to show them. The manager came and argued with me saying its impossible. Making it seem like i took it home amd broke it myself. As my kids were still in school at the time. The manager insisted that they do not sell broken items. And refused to exchange the item. After much argument he eventually said i can change it. When i went to the place where i found it. Guess what i found? "the wheel that supposed to be on the car" i asked for him to show him and was no was no where to be found. He made such a scene that people gave me looks as if id broken it. I will not recommend anyone to purchase there as there after sales is ****!!!?
