Value Co. The Staff are RUDE!!!!

So let me tell you a little story about my experience at the "Oh so wonderful" Value Co.: It was a normal day and I have decided to visit Value Co. from all the good things I have heard about it. My shopping experience started great - there were different department sections which isn't found in the average store. I was excited and astounded by the wide variety they have in stock. On my way to pay, I spotted D20 dice in a container. Now keep in mind that all of the containers were not sealed and most of them were half empty. So one would assume that you could choose a colour and buy one die that you like. When I got to the till, the cashier refused to sell us the 2 D20 dice we chose because according to them you would need to buy the entire container. But like I have said earlier the containers were not sealed and most of them were half empty. So what customer, in their right minds, would buy a container of dice that is not sealed and is half empty. The cashier was also rude to me regarding this situation. So I decided to leave it at that and just purchased the one item that they could only ring up. The security guard was also rude to me when he needed to sign my slip and insisted on knowing whether I paid cash or card. Obviously, if I have the receipt in my hand with the object, then I have paid for it. I am not impressed with the staff and the level of rudeness they have towards customers.
