Value co centurion charges extra items on slips transactions

Value co ,centurion,had a special on today,said they open 08:00 then only opened at 09:00 its not right,then their barcode sestym are not right,my wife gotten extra charges on the slip when she got home,at the till also she asked what is this utem the cashier removed it immediately without any question!so the cashiers are puting extra items on the slip ,thats called ***** .
