Value co bad service

Good day I was at the value co in bayside mall Cape Town On Saturday 14 November 2020 1 of there items I was looking at had a wrong price of R44.99 and normal price was R999.00 When I go to the pay point to pay for my stuff the cashier call the manager Graig , he told me that he cannot give me the item because is the wrong price on it . I told him that I want the item for the price that I saw and he refused to let me pay for the item. I think is bad service I believe that the price on a item is what you need to pay .really bad service!!!!
