Good day. Yesterday (6/09/2020)my son bought a toy Train in Rustenburg. As we set it up the train does not fit on the rails. Today (7/09/2020)we went to the Rustenburg branch as I explained to the Co workers the problem more then One agreed with me what's the problem. After about 4 trips to the manager's office she just refused to return it. According to her the box is torn and can't be exchanged. Very rude don't want to talk to me. Literally she run away from me. Really this is not they to handle customers. Please I need I refund on this. I can not exchange this with that kind of attutude. After I complain on the website they will phone me with in a few minutes. Another day passed and still nothing heard from them.
