Value at Hyper Cornubia - Disgusting service

Terrible service at the Cornubia Branch. I bought a couple of gift boxes from them last week, i didn't end up using 2 of them so I went to return it. The employee/Manager, (I'm hoping she's not a Manager because that would just be sad for the store) a girl named, Keshnee, says I cannot return it because it has been used. Apparently the store doesn't sell the the products like that. Honestly, most people purchase from this store because it's affordable but we all know the products are not top tier. the box was black, hence even when I bought it, it looked slightly faded. She's insisting I used it and returning it now. Like who even does that?Her attitude and tone was disgusting, she should never be working in customer service ANYWHERE. I just want to say, I went to this store regularly, but I will never go here again. I will never need something so desperately to put up with that terrible service.
