***ually harassment

Today was the worst experience at Value Co. . Whilst exiting I was escorted to a back room where I was accused of theft by the security gaurds of the store. They proceeded to search me without my consent for ****** items which not found in my possession. While searching me they ***ually harassed me by touching my private area, I pushed the guards hand away and asked to speak to him manager as that was very unprofessional , however his colleagues stated that the guard that searched me was the manager. They refused to provide me with the store manager details and they also refused to give me their names as they knew they were in the wrong. I then was told that it was a mistake and I find that very offensive as it was ***ually harassment. I personally find VALUE CO. AT CORNUBIA MALL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCOUTH!!!!

I hope Value Co. Management reads this and takes action as alot of families shop there with small children and infants.

This incident took place today 01 October 2023 between 16:00 and 16:15 in the afternoon.
