Terrible customer service....fight over a trolley ??!!!

I had a terrible experience with the man checking your bought items. Who told me to carry my 3 kids which was in the trolley because I didn't buy enough stuff to take the trolley to the car. I had to beg him just assist me to the car and get his trolley back. ( I have 3 kids 3 and younger) so he wanted me to carry all the kids as well as bags and items I bought in the store.

If this is the way you treat customers I really wouldn't be shopping there again. This is terrible customer service!!!!!
