Rude ‘manager’ at Value co The Glen

Visited The Glen branch and bought some items, I then realised that one of them was faulty, then headed to the store the following day. The security was very helpful, however, the manager gave me a rude look, as though it was my fault their products are faulty. I then mentioned that I had to return it in case it gets damaged and he rudely says “I’m not talking to you, your thing is there” and did so in an insulting and dismissive way. For a person who holds his position (assuming a manager because he was told about the return), he’s utterly rude, unapproachable, and it makes me wonder how he treats his fellow colleagues, if he can speak to a customer in that manner.
