Rude manager at Bayside Value Co

Got treated really bad by owner or store manager that is a female Asian. Very rude and doesn’t know how to treat customers can only imagine how she treats the staff! Went into the store husband and I walked to the luggage area where there was a massage chair standing. There was no signs around the chair so us being inquisitive we sit in it and have a feel for it. Afew minutes later we are not even greeted, but ambushed rather for using the chair . She approached us in a very aggressive manner saying we not allowed to sit and use the chair and we need to pay if we want to use the massage chair, my husband then apologised and said sorry we never knew as there was no sign and no one around , instead of letting it go she continued to persist by saying again very rudely that we not allowed to sit in the chair and we must pay then I got upset as not only are we the customers in her store . There was no sign to say we could not sit in the chair nor did anyone of the store assistants come to us and say we cannot use the chair. I felt humiliated as this woman was speaking to me like I’m a child . Needless to say I will never support this shop again, there is no need to be rude when clearly you were in the wrong lady. When I checked her about how she addresses customers then she wanted to change her tone and be sarcastic and tell me oh must I speak this way to you. Very rude. Remember what you give back turns tenfold onto you!
