Rude and disrespectful employees

Very disappointing experience with an employee named Katleho at Mimosa Mall. He used intimidating hand gestures and said “sies” after we entered a wet aisle. He was standing at the end of the aisle holding the wet-floor sign, expecting customers to notice it, yet he was not wearing a name tag. We also found a remark he made about us being Black to be inappropriate and disrespectful. Race should never determine how customers are treated.
