Refused a return at Value Co Pavilion

I was extremely disappointed yesterday the 10 Oct 2024 when I gone to Value Co in pavilion to return a car cover that was defective and tearing. I was told that I could only return within 7 days. I had purchased the car cover on the 16 September 2024 which was not even a month old. The lady Mbali at the store was insisting that it was deliberately torn and refused to take it back. Extremely sad to be accused and wasted my money. Will not shop there
