Quality of pot set

My fiance bought a set of pots for R1300 , we requested for them to open it before buying and the Manager refused. He bought the set and lives in CT , after the 1st use, the handles melted. I sent pictures and proof of purchase on the website, no response. I went to the store, the Manager was not in. The returns department took pictures from my phone, Ruben the Manager called and requested more pictures. Still awaiting resolution.
