Poor service

I needed to buy a dvd player, saw one for R500.00 at value co, when I got to the till, it were R599.99. Price that it were shown at, were R500.00. The manager that came to help, refused to give it to me at the price I saw it at. He said the price is wrong, he can't give to me at the price seen. I took a photo before he changed the price. He then replaced the price. Also have no integrity and respect for clients. Also not a very friendly and helpful place to visit. I then walked out of Value co and arrived at Soundtech Cunobia mall and what a friendly place to visit and got myself a dvd player. The staff were fantastic and friendly. I place I will highly recommend for anything
