Poor pot set quality

Value Hyper Cornubia, the Manager contacted me again, advised that there is nothing they can do regarding the pot being melted as it was left unattended, how did the food get cooked without burning. Advised I have sent a Complaint to the Consumer Counsel. Awaiting feedback
