Pathetic service

Debited twice for one transaction in September 2022, I was told to come back the following day for a refund. Everytime when going there for my money they say I must print the statement their accountant will process it. I have been calling,emailing the head office to no avail. The last straw was when the Bayside manager told me that she can't help me,she didnt take my money and she knew my case very well. Value Co management must go for customer care training
