PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is the most pathetic company I have ever come across, they call some uneducated chinese man who cant speak any english to handle customers, he refuses a credit note without a receipt to exchange goods. He lost current business as well as annuity business as he completely lacks empathy and a quick customer centred solution, he suggests if you have no receipt he cant credit you for anything even to a higher value which means he actually profits more. Lost a customer and will never return!
