No "Value" with Value

I bought an inverter from their Tygervalley branch at a cost of R1999,99. It only gave me a few hours of use before not working any more. The company is refusing to refund me, claiming that they will repair it, but the manager will not take it in, or give me a receipt for it. These items obviously give problems because he was very evasive when i bought it, but being a pensioner i did not pick up on his attitude. i phoned the head office in JHB and they say they will come back to me nut that never happens
