I will not let this drop - electrical hazard !!

When ValueCo refused to answer emails, and produce a SABS certificate for their electrical department imports, and take NO accountability for exploding fire hazard extension cords that could have caused fatalities ... Wow, time for court, the electrical ombudsman and a case of reckless endangerment of public. I'm done fighting with their inept staff and head office.
