disgusting service at Value Co. !!!

i went to value co in Northgate Mall Jhb with my kids , i bought items and paid with my debit card, when the cashier swiped my card she said the authorization failed and she swiped the card again. then the amount went through , i left the shop , when i was in another shop i realized that 2 amounts went of my account from that shop meaning the first amount went through and the second one as well.i went back to the shop and told that cashier that there is a mistake here and we need to solved it . she told me straight that it is not her problem.on hearing that i ask for her name and she said her name is Nokuthula and she is the manager of the shop. she said i must prove that the money went off twice i went to get my bank statement and showed her , still said its not her problem and she started getting very rude . as i wanted my money back , i ask her to give my money back because i cannot pay double .she raised her voice at me in front of my children and other customers told me that i am talking **** , she said to me the nonsense that says customer is always right does not work with her. and he went as far as saying " Futsek " to me . The way i was insulted for my money i even ran out of words , i was shocked. The whole time there was a Chinese man who was sitting there and he never said a word the whole time. that lady Nokuthula said she is the manager of the shop , and said "what can you do about it" ? she then called standard bank and asked them to reverse the amount , of with she also fought with the bank consultant and the consultant said " i wonder how you became a manager when you cant even speak simple English ". to be honest i also have that same question, she cant speak English and the only thing that i picked up that she know well is insulting customers. there is no customer service in that shop , no prices on the shelves , if you want peace of mind do not shop at value co. the staff there will ruin your day.they have no respect . and all their product are **** .we only buy because they have all the junk that look really nice when you passing through but no quality , only **** things. Their customer service matches the products.
