bad service

I bought a hose pipe from them and it broke in 2 places and because I was so busy I could only take it the next weekend and I was told by management their policy is 7 days and I asked I wanted to buy another 1 can they give me discount for the broken 1 she told me No im a day late for their returns policy and I can go now please so I told her but I didn't want a refund and I can do want I want with the hosepipe
