Bad quality pot set

Apparently thos is not Value Co, but Value hyper at Cornubia, hence no reply. I spoke to the store manager Kuben who did not reply to me or take my calls until I sent a whatsapp which was this morning. I was then told that nothing could be done because apparently the heat was roo high and the pot was unattended, therefore the plastic on the handles melted. I totally disagree because I have other pots with plastic and nothing has melted.
