BAD MANAGERS (chinese people): VALUECO, MIMOSA MALL, BLOEMFONTEIN

Hi,

I would like to lay a complaint against the new managers (both Chinese people - husband & wife) at Valueco. Since the previous managers (Rudi and Imelda) moved to PE the shopping experience at Valueco is just not the same. Since the new managers took over its just a bad atmosphere. The new managers shouts at the staff infront of customers and they are utterly rude to customers. There used to be about 25 staff, but now only 14 are left due to this wanna be by managers. This Chinese people doesn't know how to handle their staff and customers. They dismiss people under false accusations and just gets away with it. There are so many people out here that's looking for jobs and yet they think they can just dismis you for nothing....something needs to be done and even more they robbing the people of there hard earn money. The other thing is that after closing rime (18:00) they keep the staff in the shop for almost half an hour. If they want to have meetings, please do it in the morning before the shop opens at 09:00.

They are also ****** against white people !!! They even told some of the other staff (african people) that they (chinese managers) hate white people.

Please do something about these so-called managers. They give Valueco a bad name
