BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT LIVING UP TO WHAT THEY SSY ON THEIR WEBSITE

Had a bad experience trying to take a cell phone charger back. Said 7 day return policy. I could’ve find the cash slip bought on 29 July 2024 took back 24 August when I found the slip. Asked to speak to owner. Refused so I stood by the till and demanded to see the owner. Said wasn’t leaving till the owner came out. Next minute security lady arrived asked me what I was doing? Said waiting for the owner. Was told to leave? So I started walking towards where I thought the office was. The one security lady grabbed my wrist and dragged me with the help of another lady. Have photos of my wrists and photo of the lady that hurt me. She then tried to grab my cell. What a bad experience No customer service. The item would not go into the cigarette lighter was to tight. So the item couldn’t be used for what it was made for. According to the CPA I have 6 months to return something bought that doesn’t work for the purpose bought.
