This company changes their terms and conditions without your consent. They tell you the fee does not have to be a debit order. Next thing they start debitting your account. Then if you make a mistake with your reference when paying they do not allocate your payment or refund your money. They tell you if you are not happy with it then you must just cancel your contract and find another service provider. I wonder what they tell the auditors where all the unallocated money in their suspense account comes from.
