Withdrawals pending and crypto reviews every 48 hours

I have been using VALR for the past 2 months and I was very impressed with the service and the app, however the last 48hours has been extremely irritating. Monday started with a crypto review on my account for deposits from 27 Aug and 28 Aug. Apparently they received reports of *****. I send them all the documentation required and they finally opened the account on Tuesday. Tuesday after 1 deposit, my second deposit was left on pending withdrawal. This is less than 24 hours from being opened. I send an email and 3 hours later withdrawal goes through. Today I started and my first 3 deposits went smoothly. My 4th deposits has been received but as soon as I did the withdrawel it is stuck in pending and I receive yet another crypto review in less then 48 hours. Again they claim they received reports about *****, this time only for 26 Aug? I contacted my bank and they have not reported anything. Has anyone else experienced this. What is so frustrating is this is a financial institution and they offer the services but when you use them they lock your account! very annoyed, can anyone advise of a different platform.
