Valr very bad service

Greetings

I hereby would like to report Valr poor service. I deposited my money ladt week Tuesday, 5 August. They sent security questions, and i answered them all, and the promised to process the funds, in which they failed to do, till today. I just logged in another complaint and they tell me to wait another 24 hrs. This is bad service, why are they witholding my money and not give any reason for almost a week
