VALR - photo of ID a nightmare to get accepted

valr is asking me to verify my identity by sending a photo of my ID - i have done this now 4 x times but they keep on asking me to send a photo. I've sent this from my laptop (3 times) and also from my phone - still WITHOUT success. Jeez whizz what a NIGHTMARE - no wonder most people deal with LUNO rather!!!!!
