*** Service received from VALR can’t withdraw money funds

I’m at client with VALR with account VR9MA6269F I deposited money over 22 Thousand to buy crypto due to financial issues I need a couple thousands I then tried to link my bank account in order to withdraw from my funds then system keeps on saying link temporarily suspended now it’s over 5 days trying the same thing. I emailed their support team wich was not useful at all because till this day the couldn’t help me. Anyone who is crypto thinking off using their app please don’t even try unless you want to lose your money to those ****mers
