*******

I would like to make the company aware that there is a person going around claiming she is working for this company and promising them to double and even triple their money invested. She goes by the name of: Mbali Nkosi Mitchell Potter Bonakele Susu Maboyi. This is giving the company a bad name hence most people are scaptical in trying to use or even download the app. Please help find and stop this person.

Hello Lezil, thank you for taking your time to reach out and share this feedback with us. We have passed this on to our ***** team, who will investigate this further. VALR is not affiliated with any third parties claiming to be 'VALR agents' who'll be trading on your behalf. Consider the following whenever you are considering sending cryptocurrency to another wallet, even if you're sending to a person or company that you think is a trustworthy advisor:
  1. If the promise of returns on your investment sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
  2. Bad actors sometimes try to gain trust by sending a small cryptocurrency deposit to your wallet as proof of return on investment. They're hoping that this small return will convince you to trust them with even more of your money.
  3. Bad actors are very articulate and financially knowledgeable. They also like to claim that their operations are open and transparent without truthfully and fully disclosing how their processes work.
