RELEASED MY 10USD WITHDRAW, BUT NOT MY 10000USD WITHDRAWAL! FUNDS STUCK BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT SENDING ME OTPS!!!

VALR Is the biggest **** i have ever seen! I have been using binance diligently over the last 6 years, i decided to give VALR a try because it seemed they had better conversion rates from USDT to zar. Being that it was a local South African company i trusted that they would act in good faith, so like any crypto entrepreneur, i tested their site, did a small deposit, tested the withdrawal speed, tested the conversion rate and everything. It all worked smoothly when i deposited 10usdt and converted it to zar and withdrew to my South African bank account.

A few days later i decided to transfer 10000usdt, the conversion was smooth, there was no issues, then all of a sudden when i want to withdraw my funds, my OTPS some how become disabled!!! I receive no OTPS, no phone call confirmations, nothing! Their support line is absolute ****, theres multiple people who respond to your query who dont read the entire mail trail so they make you repeat things over and over again. And still till now, they are not releasing my funds and i am not getting any OTPS to get my funds out of their **** platform.
