R1300 not reflecting on VALR

On the 20th of December 2024 I deposited R1300 till today the money hasn't reflected. I have submitted proof of payment on their helpline but nothing happened. Even wrote to their support 3 times but no one has helped me. I now want my money back. I don't want to trade on their site anymore
