Pending withdrawal and nasty response from Valr agentd

I withdrew from my Valr account to my private wallet. Valr has been holding on my withdrawal. It has been more than 24hrs.The agents Ryan, Tia, Stan and Ron refused to help me with regard to my pending withdrawal. They asked me to do review. Now they want me to tell them about the company which I have not invested with, not benefited from it. Really I feel they are ********* to want to siphone information about other companies. I don't have relationship with the company. They have not paid me. So to be taken from pillar to post by Valr refusing to process my withdrawal. I gave waited far too long. They must stop saying they cannot help unless I answer their questions. To me their service is poor. They must stop bullying me. All those mentioned agents must strive to but stop boosting that they can only help me after answering their questions. I do to know how many emails I wrote and yet not assisted. What they are doing is contradicting what have written about crypto which I did as and still indicating pending.

Like real I regret using Valr. I cannot be treated in this way for my money. My withdrawal is between Valr and my private wallet. This is my money. For the agents to say writing them series of email won't help is wrong. It is also wrong for valr to withhold my withdrawal. They cannot reverse it and holding on it is also not good. I cannot be made to fabricate story about something that I don't know. If they want informations they must themselves do their own research. I withdrawing to my private wallet because of the price of the bitcoin. So I must watch my wallet going up and down and having no access to it. Really the service I get is worrisome. 0-60 is 24hrs, 24hrs is 48hrs. Next I will be having nothing appearing. Kindly process my withdrawal. I have waited far too long.
