No ***** protection whatsoever and VALR doesnt care !!

I wrote a complaint to VALR about funds coming off my bank account which I have no knowledge about . They kept asking me strange questions when I told them that the amounts came off my account without me making the transactions . They refused to refund me or launch an investigation . Sad times that a crypto exchange virtiually a bank cant protect their customers from *****.
