My Varl Account deactivated I'm not sure why

They have deactivated my account I've send my new information including my IDENTITY and Proof of Residential from my bank statements now they want me to send them my account statements from 2022 September and October I told them I can't access that account is closed for about 3yrs now and they refused to activate my VALR account.
