Lost R500,000 in a few seconds with VALR

I lost R500,000 with VALR. On 21st December 2021 I had one bitcoin valued at R700,000. I exchanged it for USD and they only credited me with R200,000. No help from them. lost R500,000 (Half a million Rand) that I cannot reclaim. Stay away or you will lose .all your money.
