Lost funds

Subject: FORMAL COMPLAINT - Request for Manual Recovery of BEP20 USDT Deposit - Urgent

Dear VALR Complaints Department,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my missing deposit.

*My Details:* Full Name: kamohelo Tsolo VALR Registered ***

*Transaction Details:* Coin: USDT Network Sent: BSC / BEP20 (I sent on the wrong network) Amount: [e.g. $200 USDT] Date of Transaction: [e.g. 30 August 2026] Transaction Hash (TxID): 0x***0b6b3ab5fbb16455bd1453c7cf23ddc9b71dbb6d035b4991d234d3696 Destination Address (Your VALR deposit address): 0x167cc148919e0055a02E600BAB8dfFbf5F900B3e BscScan Link: https://bscscan.com/tx/0x***0b6b3ab5fbb16455bd1453c7cf23ddc9b71dbb6d035b4991d234d3696

The transaction is marked as SUCCESS on BscScan and the funds are visible at the above address, which belongs to VALR. The funds have not been credited to my VALR account because I mistakenly selected BEP20 instead of ERC20.

I understand that this was my error, and I am willing to pay any reasonable manual recovery fee that VALR charges for this service.

I humbly request that your technical team manually recover the funds. As you control the private keys to the address 0x167c...00B3e, you have the technical ability to access these funds on the BSC network.

As you are licensed as FSP 53308, I trust you have a process for such recoveries. Please consider this as my formal 20-day complaint notice in terms of your complaints policy.

This matter is extremely urgent as I need these funds for a family funeral. I plead for your assistance.

Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide a reference number.

Kind regards, Kamohelotsolo ***
