Losing thousands
I processed xrp transaction to send to my ledger wallet on 8 October, all details are correct. The transaction is still pending processing with valr .Xrp ledger is immediate.I have lost thousands as the price of xrp has dropped .all I am asking for immediate help ,I have sent numerous msg ,is there human I can get help from? The robots are useless .The ref is 385099 .This is heartbreaking I am losing so much of money while waiting for transaction to be processed .if the query is resolved then i will update the review as this my first issue with valr application ,I am been very fair ,please act urgently ,I am losing money
