Yesterday I made a 20 000 deposit into my valr account but withdrawal was immediately suspended and I needed to wait 24 hours for the system to come back up. Today I tried again and my withdrawal was blocked and needed to make another payment to release the previous payment. Then I was told I needed to pay crypto insurance for my money to be withdrawn. Then whoever was helping me, who claimed to work for valr then disappeared. First time trader, took a chance, got ****med and the experience is hell. Wasted my time and money 😭
