Funds nor cleared according to Valr

I did a transfer from standard bank to their standard bank over 24 hours ago and there agent still say my deposit doesnt reflect in their account.

Dont use them rather buy P2P it might cost a littlw morw but you get better peace of mind. Now im waisting rime following up the whole time.
