Don't trust Valr. They are worse than the banks we're running away from

This company needs to be watched. They know exactly what they're doing, but it's not in favour of customers. They are giving crypto a bad name. A few people have gone through what I've been through. They charge 10% for crypto withdrawals. Binance charges 4 times less. They have no support that works, from when they started. They expect your query to be handle by a bot. Typical IT, that knows nothing about customer service. They are worse than the banks. They are very aware of their agenda against their customers. I hope they don't last, because we're trying to rid the world of evil.

Hello Dan, we're so sorry to hear you feel this way. Regarding your crypto withdrawal fee, all withdrawals are network dependent and we will always quote you before you confirm your withdrawal. This also depends on two factors: 1. The cryptocurrency being withdrawn and, 2. The level of activity on the relevant blockchain.
