My balance dropped by R1000 on 1 sell from matic Simple swap fee I converted to R13.***x (attached) How does my balance drop by R1000 in one transaction? Yesterday I had the same complaint. I then got a response saying its simple swap. Are you people blind? R*800? This is the second time today I have lost a total of R1800 in one day just on selling my crypto. So over 2 days lost over R2400 in fees.!!!!!! YOU NEED TO FIX THIS AND REFUND> I AM LODGING A FORMAL COMPLAINT Get your testers *(If you have any) to find the problems and get your devs to fix this stuff!!!!!! I have clearly lost 1000s now on your system on sells that should have been profitable although some were not and I accept that. This morning the wallet amount wasn't updated and still havn't recieved feedback. Amazingly after 30 min it suddenly starts working and no feedback.
