Account access

I Want to change the numbers linked to the account as I don't have access to it anymore and an OTP is sent to that old number. I'm told I should take a video of myself with my ID even after I've explained that I lost it and I'm in the process of getting a new one. I told them I have an image of my ID.They're just not helping me access my account even though my device was authorized 😭😭
